About us

Foam Creations is the North American division of the Finproject Group, specialist of injection molded foam.

At Foam Creations, we offer more than 25 years of experience in our unique  XL EXTRALIGHT® technology and all the services you need as a Polyolefin foam molding manufacturer - which gives a higher added value than regular EVA foam molding companies. Having our own design and R&D departments gives us the possibility to develop jointly the molded foam products you are looking for and support your team during your development process. We will take care to guide you through every stage of the custom foam molding process.

Foam Creations also owns manufacturing plants in Canada and Mexico, which enables us to optimize custom foam molding product development and accelerate delivery times within the North American market.

More than regular EVA molding, our XL EXTRALIGHT® material is an inherently lightweight, flexible and ingenious plastic that has a high resistance to chemical in addition of being 100% waterproof. Greatly superior to classical EVA foam molding, our injection molded XL EXTRALIGHT® foam is free of phthalates, heavy metals, latex, making them very safe, soft and easy to clean.

Since 1995, Foam Creations has used the XL EXTRALIGHT® patented technology to develop and manufacture expanded and crosslinked polyolefin injection molded foam. Foam Creations and Finproject Group are the global leaders in XL EXTRALIGHT® foam injection molding, a material with greatly superior characteristics than classical EVA foam molding.
